Boris Nemtsov -  Liberal russian politician, co-chairman of the Democratic Opposition Movement "Solidarnost" (Solidarity)

 1991-1997 - Governor of Nizhegorodsky region.

1997-1998 - First Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation.

In 1999 he was elected as a deputy to the State Duma of the Russian Federation and headed the faction of liberal party «Union of Right Forces» (SPS), leader of SPS – party.
In 2004-2005 Mr. Nemtsov was a chairman of the board of the Neftyanoy (Oil) concern.

In 2005-2006 he was an advisor to the President of Ukraine.
2004-2008 -  member of Federal Political Council of the political party SPS.

2008 – p/d -  co-chairman of the Democratic Opposition Movement "Solidarnost" (Solidarity)
